Crane and Hoist Motor

The crane and hoist motor serves as the driving force for the overhead crane’s movement and the electric hoist’s lifting and movement. Different types of motors are available to cater to specific requirements. Major crane and hoist motor providing companies offers a range of motor series, including soft start motor series, three-in-one gear motor series, two-speed traveling motor series, F/K/R variable frequency motor series, square plate variable hoisting motor series, Euro-style traveling motor series, Euro-style two-speed hoisting gear motor, Euro-style variable frequency hoisting gear motor, among others.

Crane and Hoist Motor

Soft start motors are available for long and cross traveling, with the YCD type electromagnetic braking motor requiring a power supply of 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, AC. Regular products have an insulation grade of F (155 ℃) and a protection grade of IP54, and the rectifier block is placed in the brake. The brake has brake force adjustment and an air gap adjustment device for the friction plate.

For crane and hoist traveling, 3-in-1 gear motors are provided with the TD type electromagnetic braking motor requiring a power supply of 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, AC. The regular products have an insulation grade of F (155 ℃) and a protection grade of IP54, with a rectifier block placed in the brake. The brake also has brake force adjustment and an air gap adjustment device for the friction plate.

Cross traveling is covered by the dual-speed motor series, with the double winding two-speed electromagnetic brake motor requiring a power supply of 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, AC. Regular products have an insulation grade of F (155 ℃) and a protection grade of IP54, with a rectifier block placed in the brake. The brake has brake force adjustment and an air gap adjustment device for the friction plate.

Variable frequency brake motors are provided for traveling and hoisting, with the power supply being 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, AC for traveling, and 380V, 3-phase, 50/75/87/100 Hz, AC for hoisting. Regular products have an insulation grade of F (155 ℃) and a protection grade of IP54, with a variable frequency drive motor equipped with a double-sided safety brake and a separate rectifier block. The brake has brake force adjustment and an air gap adjustment device for the friction plate, with the brake air gap having a service life of about 1 million braking times after each adjustment.

The Euro-style traveling motor series has an electromagnetic braking gear motor for traveling that requires a power supply of 380V, 87 HZ, 3-ph, AC, with a class-B parallel shaft helical gear motor that operates smoothly and with low noise. Regular products have an insulation grade of F (155 ℃) and a protection grade of IP54, with a variable frequency drive motor equipped with a double-sided safety brake that can reach 87 Hz. The brake has brake force adjustment and an air gap adjustment device for the friction plate, with the brake air gap having a service life of about 1 million braking times after each adjustment.

The Euro-style 2-speed 3-in-1 gear motor series has an electromagnetic braking gear motor for traveling that requires a power supply of 380V, 50 HZ, 3-ph, AC, with a class-C parallel shaft helical gear motor that operates smoothly and with low noise. Regular products have an insulation grade of F (155 ℃) and a protection grade of IP54, with a two-speed drive motor equipped with a double-sided safety brake and a separate rectifier block.
